Oracle Sues SAP for 'Grand Scale' Theft

NewsFactor - Charging "corporate theft on a grand scale," Oracle sued SAP on Thursday for stealing copyrighted software. The 43-page suit, filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, contends that the German company repeatedly obtained unauthorized access to its password-protected Web site, using customers' access codes.
