China announced the selection of a pair of pandas Tuesday to be sent to Hong Kong to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the former British colony's handover to Chinese rule. The pair, a male and female both born in 2005, weigh about 60 kilograms (132 pounds) each and will move to their new home in Hong Kong's Ocean Park before May 1, the official Xinhua News Agency said.
