FT.com - Q. I am trying to buy a free hold retail business but an estate agent refuses to send the audited accounts prior to viewing the business and, as in the past after visiting the premises, an estate agent failed to provide the accounts. I have wasted whole days driving to and from the premises. Do you have any suggestions?
