The Indiana Fever got a jolt from the crowd and responded with the fourth-biggest comeback victory in franchise history. Tamika Whitmore scored 26 points and Tan White had 10 of her 18 in the fourth quarter as the Fever capitalized on a franchise-record 21 steals to defeat the San Antonio Silver Stars 76-70 Saturday night.

Sun-Comets Preview

The Connecticut Sun look to extend the longest winning streak in franchise history to 10 games when they visit the Houston Comets on Sunday. This win streak has put the Sun (23-6) on the verge of clinching the top seed in the Eastern Conference for the third straight season. CHICAGO (AP)-- The Detroit Shock scored the first 17 points of the game Friday night and never looked back. Cheryl Ford scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds to help the Detroit Shock rout the Chicago Sky 76-49. Deanna Nolan added 12 points and four assists for the Shock (20-9), which won for the sixth time in eight games.
