Starz sues Disney over Apple iTunes deal

Macworld.com - Starz Entertainment on Thursday filed a lawsuit against Disney for copyright infringement and breach of contract. Filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California, the lawsuit was filed because Disney began selling the same movies to Apple and Walmart as it had previously offered exclusively to Starz.
